Name: Genesjs (also known as Gen, G and Lloyd the Cat)
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Hobbies:
Video Games
Playing on the computer
Role Playing (as long as it isn't hours long, because then I'll get bored)
Taking part in discussions which don't turn into unecessary flame wars
Things I like:
Video Games
Movies
Dressing in black, awesome clothing (Come on, everyone likes trench coats, right? I know I do! XD)
The computer and the internet
Mobius Encyclopedia and a few other Sonic the Hedgehog Wikis
The friends I have on all Wikis and the Internet (as long as neither are being stupid)
Being helpful towards others
Talking with my friends about whatever
Sonic comics (especially Sonic Universe, or SU for short.)
Blaze the Cat (In my opinion, one of the underrated characters of the Sonic series as a whole, although she seems to be getting a bit more popularity lately.)
Things I hate:
"BlaMan" (BlazexEggman... Whoever thought of this is just... messed up in the head XP I mean literally, I thought my mind shattered when I saw that "Silver's Nightmare" video. For those who are weak-minded, I don't recommend watching it)
People who let their powers/privileges go to their head (should be self-explanitory)
Know-it-all jack***es (AKA people who act like they're smart and wanna-be Jesus Christs as an excuse to be annoying fish faces to others while also trying to show their "superiority" over them)
People who participate in illegal, criminal activities
Seeing my closest accociates miserable
Unintentionally causing someone emotional distress & hurting other people's feelings (Knowing that I accidentally upsetted someone in some way or another can REALLY make me feel teribble about it later if the damage is severe)
Racism
Sexism
Internet Trolls (being an nuisance as a means to cure your boredom and entertain yourself at the expense of others isn't exactly something I look kindly to. But at the same time, I can't help but pity these people.)
Unstable communities (One of the biggest stress factors on the Internet. Ever.)
People who go overboard with their religious beliefs (For example, people trying to force their religious views into certain situations such as debates of a non-religious manner, or on people altogether even if they say no. There's also the people who use religion as an excuse to murder people and animals that I cannot tolerate... It doesn't matter to me if it's what you believe in, murder is murder.) Note: This doesn't mean I'm against religion in general in any way.
People who refuse to listen to another person's point of view in a civil discussion/argument because their own shallow views make them out to be sucky, unapproachable 4 year olds who act like they had all their toys taken away from them (I can't recall the number of times I tried explaining to certain people why I disagree with their arguments on whatever without them throwing insults at me and refusing to hear me out, just because I didn't have the same opinions as them. It's like I have to watch everything I say nowadays, and to be honest feeling this way really sucks.)
Anything else that wouldn't agree with me in some way (such as illogical arguments made in important community discussions. The real world can do without the overuse of insane Troll logic, in my honest opinion)
Trivia:
I've been a fan of the Sonic the Hedgehog series since summer of 2007.
I have a habit of mocking myself, although I normally only do so for fun and to show others my fun side.
I like to state the truth in various matters while also trying to be witty, so normally if I see an opportunity to throw in a joke or wisecrack while making a statement I may consider doing so, if I can think of one. This is also done to show others my fun side.
I have a very difficult time keeping track of the days on the calendar, most likely because of laziness.
I've decided to write a trivia section on my User page in a most-likely vain attempt to give those who're currently reading this page something interesting to glance at, while also wondering why they're taking time to read this particular piece of trivia.
For certain products, I like to collect 2 copies of the things I buy, the best example being the comic books I normally read. I have no idea when I developed this habit, nor do I know if I'll ever develop an intention to sell any of my "copies".
Although there are several pieces of music from actual bands that I like (Such as Linkin Park, Coldplay, Celldweller, etc.), most of the music I listen to comes from soundtracks which belong to either TV series, movies, or video games.
Profile: My nickname is Genesjs on Wikia. I am 20 years old and am currently a High School graduate and Valadictorian. I am a kind of person who believes that getting an education in school is currently the biggest priority in the world to me, and I would do almost anything to make sure I do. I am also the kind of person that, if you came up to me with a question, I would almost immediatly be able to tell you whether or not I can help you. I like to play many kinds of video games (such as action/adventure, survival/horror, and any game that has Sonic or, my favorite character in the Sonic series, Blaze the cat, in it), watch movies, play on the computer, or anything that helps keep the boredom at bay. I like to collect things that interest me, such as video game merchandise, comics (Sonic, of course!), and anything that instantly causes me to stare at it for almost 20 minutes. I also like to watch many kinds of Anime, like Sonic X and (one of my favorites) Eureka Seven. Normally, I am a very introverted person, but once you get to know me I certainly hope that you find me to be very likeable and possibly even funny. I am the youngest sibling in my family (I have one older brother), but, for some unknown reason, possibly the smartest child of the family (wierd, right? I don't get it either), and I normally always try to get very good grades in, like A's and B's, at school (call me ambitious if you wish, I won't deny it :P). I am also currently a student in video game design, and I plan to get myself a career in the gaming industry in the future (if not, then I have a few back-up plans). Anyway, if you want to successfully socialize with me and possibly be my friend, you should try to give me a very good first impression of you and your personality, because I always try to avoid people who I deem to be....unpleasant in some ways. To those who do try to socialize with me, I hope we can be good friends and have a good line of communication together.
P.S. I tend to ask a lot of questions and talk quite a bit, so be prepared when you speak to me.
My History Across Wikia
I first joined Wikia on October 30, 2009. The first specific Wiki I ever joined was Sonic News Network. Originally starting out as someone who was nervous to even talk to anyone, I soon got the ropes on how to edit around the site and became friends with many of the site's members. I've spent about a couple of months on just Sonic News Network before deciding to visit Sonic Fanon Wiki. Like on Sonic News Network, I've worked to become close associates with the members of Sonic Fanon Wiki and have been an active member of their community since I joined the website on November 30, 2009. When the site was in danger of excessive vandalism and because one of the site's other Administrators felt I had the right qualities and attitude, I was made a temporary Administrator until the crisis was over because the site needed some additional Administrators to keep the site in check. When the crisis was over, an official nomination was held in January 2010 in order for the community to decide if they wanted to let my promotion be permanent, and due to the large number of votes and support I got from the community I was allowed to keep my position. Since then I've continued to remain active on the site while using my privileges to help maintain order. While doing so, I began to visit other Wikis as well and still continue to contribute to them to this day whenever the opportunity arises (examples of such Wikis include the Resident Evil Wiki, the Final Fantasy Wiki, etc). This type of schedule continued on for me until I was promoted to a Bureaucrat on Sonic Fanon Wiki in March 27, 2010. However, because I felt that the website's members were beginning to become too difficult for me to work successfully and fairly, I left Sonic Fanon Wiki on September 10, 2010 and have been contributing and socializing in other Wikis since then.
Before I left Sonic Fanon Wiki, I felt that my experiences in being an Administrator/Bureaucrat could be put to use in other websites in the future. So, while I also wanted to create a fan fiction Wikia for a series I like and felt could flourish in the future, I founded Karakuridôji Fanfikushon Laboratories. However, the Wiki has remained inactive for quite some time because most members that have contributed to it left, and because the website is supposedly being moved to another server by a provider outside of Wikia, but such a move has yet to occur. Until recently, I have been only watching Mobius Encyclopedia and have been making only a few edits here and there whenever I felt like it and when I happened to be browsing any of the site's content, but I have decided to move to M.E. as well and become a somewhat active member to the site and help out in any way I can. I have, however, been promoted to an Administrator on SNN, which in turn may or may not affect my performances on other Wikis. I am still editing in other Wikis though, including this one. As of June 2012, I have recieved a Featured User interview and have been promoted to Bureaucrat on SNN.

My Featured User Interviews
May 2012
There! Here's your interview people! Sorry I kept it waiting about two days longer than I originally planned; yesterday was my first day off from school, so I indulged myself in the freedom, and today I had various plans in the works. But hey, waiting another two days would've made it the 17th; a solid month. So... am I late? Or am I early? Anyways, onto the actual interview shtuff. Anyways, Genesjs' response to the results: "Simply put: Very honored." Talkative fella, ain't he? Don't worry, you'll get your answer soon. Away we go!
#1. Q) When did you first join SNN?
A) I first joined SNN on October 30th 2009 (October 31 on Wikia's time) on a Friday. Although I was observing the site beforehand for almost a year it was on that date (and when I got myself a computer to use at home) that I finally decided to make an account.
#2. Q) Outside of Sonic, what are your other interests?
A) Heh, too many to list. However, I'll name a few: Most other video game genres in general (although I'll admit I'm a rather big fan of horror games such as Resident Evil and Silent Hill), various genres of music (I like whatever I feel sounds good), and books/comic books.
#3. Q) How do you feel about SNN's current state of affairs?
A) I feel that SNN is slowly going down the path that it should take: To become more like a respectable online encyclopedia for all things Sonic. I feel that the site has improved drastically from when I first joined and I wish to continue helping it improve any way I can as long as I'm still a member. True, we hit a few bumpy roads along the way, but like true team players we worked together to overcome them and not let them devide us or cause any lasting damage.
#4. Q) Who's your favorite hero character in Sonic?
A) Blaze the Cat. For those of you who are interested in knowing why, prepare for a long, historical answer for this question: I like Blaze not just because of her backstory and status, not because of her courage and other commendable traits, but because she was/is such a surprising reflection of myself as a person... The first ever Sonic game I've ever bought and owned is Sonic Rush for the DS. Before I got that game I didn't think of Sonic in a positive light much (that it was too kiddy for me and whatnot), but thanks to a friend I know in real life who's also a big fan of Sonic I decided to buy Sonic Rush one day when I eventually chose it over a Guitar Hero game. When I got used to the gameplay of Sonic Rush, I was instantly hooked, amazed at how great a time I was having on that wonderful game. As if the gameplay wasn't enough, I also took time to grow attached to the story and characters. The story was simple, as were the characters (as I more or less expected), but one character in particular stood out from the rest of the game's cast far more than I thought she would: Blaze the Cat. Not only did I find her backstory to be interesting, and her gameplay fun, I ended up seeing a lot of myself in her personality. Her determination to accomplish her goals, her anti-socialness, her cautious attitude towards strangers, and her initial beliefs of having to bear great burdens on her shoulders alone... I seriously couldn't help but get attached to her very quickly. My only big beef with Blaze is the controversy regarding her two separate backstories in the games. I'll admit that I'm one of the fans who feels that she's from the Sol Dimension because there's plenty of evidence (in my honest opinion) that shows that she didn't originally come from another world and timeline (that the Blaze we saw in 06 was just an alternate version of her), but I find the whole situation regarding her origins to be absolutely ridiculous. By the time Sonic Generations came out and I learned that the game was using her Rush backstory, I was really hopeful that this issue would be finally laid to rest... only for the writers of the game to put in a little Easter egg in the form of a line said by Blaze herself during gameplay that basically says and quote, "I never thought I'd be in Crisis City again...". So basically, the writers f***** up big time and added even more confusion to Blaze's origins, which inevitably p***** me off. But I eventually got over it (mostly...). I'll be honest, if SEGA decided to can her for whatever reason and have her eliminated in all Sonic continuities (especially if its a dumb reason), I'll be very upset. Anyway, since I'm this fond of her, I hope Blaze will continue to stick around for a long, long time.
#5. Q) Favorite villain?
A) My favorite villain in the Sonic series is most likely Eggman/Robotnik. Eggman is a true genius, there's no arguing about that, although his ego and tendency to underestimate his opponents and overlook things which inevitably make just about all his plans fail... makes him lose points in my opinion. Like Blaze before him, he was also the villain that was there for me in the beginning (kinda inevitiable when you consider the fact that he appears in almost every Sonic game ever made *derp*) even though I like Blaze more than him by a longshot. I don't really care much about whether he's called Robotnik or Eggman, since I feel that both names work for him in their own way, nor do I care about whether or not he's portrayed as a very serious threat or a comic relief character of sorts. In my opinion, both types of portrayals work well for him, and I know it’s possible to mix them both and create a kind of universal Eggman that could apply to fans who like either portrayal of him. Nothing wrong with having a true maniac crack a joke or two, right? Eggman never knows when to give up and always comes back for more, and he's got enough intellect to cook up one scheme after another in almost rapid succession, and has vast resources which he uses to build his countless weapons, robots and fortresses. He's the constant thorn in everyones' sides, a stubborn virus that constantly mutates in order to propagate himself. Even as a comic relief character, it’s almost never a good idea to underestimate this guy, as he has a tendency to catch you off guard and quickly put you in a situation where you're completely at his mercy (then again that's probably the fault of the other characters because they're letting their guard down when that happens). There's lots of other praising things I can say about Eggman (examples being that he makes me laugh as a comic relief character, and that I find him very sinister as an obviously less-comical relief character), but alas, I don't want to risk repeating myself. I have a feeling I'm driving some of our readers mad with my long answers already.
#6. Q) What other wikis do you frequent?
A) I frequently visit the Silent Hill and Resident Evil wikis, although I will visit various other Wikis on occassion.
#7. Q) Have any friends or significant others on SNN?
A) I have a list of friends and affiliates on my User page. If anyone is interested in knowing who the people I regularly converse with are then they should look at that list.
#8. Q) What's your favorite Sonic video game?
A) Currently it's Sonic Rush Adventure. It took the pros and cons of the first Rush game and improved/fixed them while also introducing other various gameplay elements that are fitting for it's title. To me its the old-school fans' equivalent to Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
#9. Q) Favorite Sonic TV series?
A) Most likely SatAM due to it's similarities to the Archie Sonic comics, which I (like all Sonic continuities in general) am a fan of. Sure, the show wasn't perfect, but what TV ever was?
#10. Q) What do you most want to see in a Sonic video game?
A) Blaze as a playable character in a game storyline again. I feel that Sonic Team is wasting her potential right now and should give the poor princess-who-actually-does-something another go. She's due for another pivotal role in a story in a Sonic game, since it’s been years since she's had one (Percival doesn't count because she's not the Blaze the Cat we're all familiar with. But even so, it was better than nothing I suppose...), so I hope she gets one sometime in the near future.
March 2013
Our latest interview, this time featuring wiki bureaucrat Genesjs. An overdue interview at that, so straight to it this time.
1. Q) If a new Sonic movie were to be made, what would you want for the plot?
A) I personally would like something serious and full of adventure and twists, kinda like what's seen in SatAM, Archie Sonic and Fleetway's Sonic the Comic. Having said movie in multiple parts would be nice, since it'd allow the developers to do a lot more than they could with just one big video.
2. Q) Boys vs. Girls of the Sonic series: Who do you think would win?
A) Not sure. Gender doesn't mean much to me as much as overall skill and intellect/cunning. If one gender has more characters who possess these qualities over the other, then I think they'd be the winners. Without mastery power is nothing, after all. Even the strongest of opponents can fall to someone who's more skilled and smart than they are.
3. Q) What do you think would be the least-fitting genre for a Sonic game?
A) Horror, no doubt. Even if there was no gore or foul language of any kind present, I couldn't see Sonic Team making a Sonic game in the horror genre. It'd pulverize the franchise's overall presentation of being something of a children's franchise much worse than any other genre could, in my honest opinion.
4. Q) Sonic meets Halo. Your reaction?
A) "Somebody shoot me with an Assault Rifle. Or the Master Chief. Or the guy/chick who ordered the Master Chief to travel to Sonic dimension to do God knows what. Whatever you do, don't let these two meet". This would be my basic reaction. Seriously, Halo? Regardless of what you think of Halo itself, if an official crossover between Sonic and Halo were to happen I honestly don't think it could be handled well. The two franchises are so radically different from one another that having the two meet and expecting to get positive results just seems like a pipe dream no matter how you look at it, logically. Mario would make more sense because it's Sonic's rival franchise and Mario has the same general target audience as Sonic, so I'd feel more confident about a game like that being made (not counting the Olympic Games series) than a Halo crossover. Even NiGHTS would be better than Halo.
5. Q) As a 'crat, what do you want to see on the wiki?
A) Higher quality articles, rules & standards, and a community that continues to get along smoothingly. Pretty basic, I know, but my ambitions for this Wiki in the long-run are quite simple, so I think that a simple answer would suffice.
6. Q) What's your least favorite aspect of the wiki, programming/functionality-wise?
A) Honestly? I don't know. I can't think of anything.
7. Q) Do you think Sonic News Network is lacking anything?
A) I think the comics media could use some more love and attention. Especially Archie. Even though plenty of attention is given to the games media, Sonic News Network is a Wiki that desires to thoroughly cover all Sonic media, so I think that spreading some of the love our game-related articles get to other articles of various medias around the site would be nice.
8. Q) What would you think of an actual Sonic board game?
A) Not sure, actually. Depends on how it plays. Although since board games in general aren't exactly speedy, I don't think that creating a Sonic board game that is fast-paced and fun to play would be easy. Aside from that, I think most people would probably only want to play the video games rather than a board game, so the board game in question might not sell well anyway, even if it is good. But alas, you never know until you try.
9. Q) What other video game mascot do you think is most like Sonic?
A) Um... I don't know. I'm pretty sure I know of at least one, but I can't think of anyone. I suck.
10. Q) What would your reaction be if a fan-made character (of good quality) made it into Sonic canon?
A) Depends on if it's a fan character I can like or not, along with most other Sonic fans. But since there are people out there who dislike/hate fan characters in general despite their actual overall quality because they are what they are, then there's a good chance that such a character would get a sizeable "hatedom" no matter how good a character he/she/it actually is. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if a Sonic fan character did make it into actual canon for whatever reason and a hatedom were to form over it simply for that reason. Sooo, it is probably for the best that any new characters that are introduced to the Sonic canon be made by someone who actually works with the actual, official Sonic material: Games, comics, TV Shows, movies, etc.
My Wikia Tutorials
Since I'm getting tired of typing out tutorials for people from scratch (often repeating the same ones) on how to do the certain things related to coding that I know how to do on Wikia to other Users many times, I've decided to create a tutorial section in order to make it more convinient to all past and present parties involved (but mostly to myself ;D). Here you will find some detailed tutorials on topics which range from simple custom signatures to talk bubbles, and chances are other tutorials for other topics will be added as soon as I learn how to do them (or rather, explain them frequently to other Users, which is, as I previously stated, the whole reason why this section exists anyway). I sincerely hope that you find my tutorials to be helpful, and in case you have trouble understanding them, then feel free to leave me a message on my Talk page expressing your concern(s) and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Standard Custom Signature
Here we will learn how to make a standard custom signature that will be very similar to my own. Believe it or not, its not very complicated.
You know how to access your prefences, I assume? Simply go into that and look for a section that has "Signature" right above it. It should be on the first page you see when youb access your preferences. Next, you need to place ALL the text and coding you want to put into your signature into the small rectangular box, and check the "custom signature" box right below it, so that way everything will work properly. If you're aiming to make a signature similar to mine, then simply copy and paste this into the cutsom signature box...
[[User:Genesjs|<span style="color:blueviolet;background:black"><big>'''Lloyd the Cat'''</big></span>]][[User talk:Genesjs|<small><font color="red">'''"I hog that hedgehate!"'''</font></small>]]
... and then make the following changes:
1.Replace "User:Genesjs" with your user name
2.Write the hex code or name of the color(s) you wish to use after span style=. The "color" will affect the color of the main text of your signature, while "background" will put a colored rectangular background right behind your signature.
3.See the text written between ? That will be the text of your main signature, only you'll change it to whatever you want it to say.
4.This is completely optional, but if you want to create a second line in your signature that takes you and others directly to your Talk page, then simply copy the text you see after </span]], change the text and colors accordingly, and past it along with the coding that'll make the other half of your signature.
And you are done! If you have any further questions, you know where to ask them~
Standard Talk Bubble
Ever seen me leave messages that are inside what appears to be a box-like template that has my User page ID (the image at the top of this page) right next to it? Chances are you are looking at my Talk Bubble, which is a fancy little template which Users can create to help make the messages they leave around Wikia stand out and look more unique (if you haven't guessed that already). In this tutorial, we will be looking at how to make a standard Talk Bubble and help make any messages you leave around various Wikis look more important and elegant than they really are (no disrespect intended). Just follow everything step by step and you should be okay (and try not to end up using my Talk bubble if you can, because I'd rather not have to see anyone get banned for impersonating me on accident).
1) Create a page titled "Template:*Your Username*".
2) Put the coding you see below onto the page itself (this is the coding that is used to make up my Talk Bubble):
3) Change the coding to whatever you want it to be (for example, instead of the image I'm using for my Talk Bubble in "image=", you can place the name of a different file in front of "image="). Note: "color2" and "textcolor2" are for the bottom of your Talk Bubble where your message will show and for the text color that appears in the upper half of the Talk Bubble, respectively.
Note: Keep in mind that not all Wikis will allow you to have Talk bubbles, so in case you run into that problem then just be respectful towards said Wiki's rules and not make the Talk bubble there. Also, in order to use your newly created Talk Bubble, type in this text as you leave your message:
{{YourTemplateName|text= INSERT YOUR TEXT HERE
|time= ~~~~~}}
Make sure that the "|time= " is right below the first line of your message.
And you should be done! If you need futher help, ask me and I'll see what I can do.

"I'm board" (Something that I would say when I'm bored XD)
"Live and Forget"
"Everything is based and takes its roots from something, even if you consider it original. So people who always say s*** about other people's fan fictions being unoriginal and pathetic, in my opinion, don't even know that their so-called originality doesn't even exist unless they themselves consider something to be original, but the problem is many of them criticize other people's ideas and expressions on their forums like there is no tommorow and some of them even go out of their way to insult the creators themselves just to make themselves look good in front of their fellow "Originals". So if you ask me, those people, along with their ideas on what is and what isn't original, are full of s***"
"When are people going to learn that we can solve all our disputes and disagreements with CANDAYYYYYYYY!!!!! =D"
"You can reason with some of the people some of the time, but you can't reason with all of the people all of the time"

"Don't diss on another good series/franchise and say it sucks just because you prefer one over the other"
"I'm not going to argue with someone who refuses to pay attention to what I say, all the while being a biased punk towards me just because you disagree with me on something. Until you learn to be respectful of other people's opinions, don't speak to me"
"If you hate something, then just stay away from it, instead of trolling it and making yourself look like an idiot and a hypocrite"
"FTW! =D"

- (A slightly self-modified and shall I say slightly more accurate version to the above quote is as follows) "The internet, when it comes to views on works in entertainment media and literature, doesn't operate on logic, facts, or genuine hope for progress. It operates on stubborn nostalgia, constant bigotry towards present works and a steadfast need to re-imagine the past in order to hide from the changes of the future." "

My Useful Images, Text & Links
Here's some random images of mine which I plan to use whenever the situation calls for it, mostly to make a few laughs. You can use these images yourself, but give me credit if you decide to use images which I made personally (you do not need to credit me if you plan to use them in blog comments somewhere on site, unless people happen to ask who made the images in question). This applies for websites besides this one as well. Also, since I get tired of typing the same things repeatedly whenever I need to, I have an additional section that has some lines of mine that I use on a regular basis. I don't think these lines will be of any particular importance to you, the reader, so feel free to look at other parts of my User page if you desire.
The Useful Images in Question
Made this one myself. My girlfriend (indirectly) gave me the idea for this image, so I guess that means we both deserve some credit XD
(Insert Username here), you lack the sufficient number of edits required to use our Chat Room. Our Chat policy states that you need a minimum of 100 edits, at least half having to be made in our Mainspace (where our Wiki's articles and other main content are displayed), before you can come on here. I'm terribly sorry, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave.
I noticed that you've uploaded several images which happened to already be on the Wiki, so I had to delete and replace them in (insert page names here). If you can, I'd recommend that you try searching our Wiki for any images you may need and use those instead of reuploading them, since image files can be used on multiple pages on the Wiki. That way it'll be easier to manage all the images we have. However, if you're not too sure about whether a specific image already exists on the Wiki despite searching for it yourself beforehand, you can always ask help from me or one of the other Administrators. Thank you for your time.

My stance as a Sonic fan
I never thought of the idea of setting some of my own personal views of the Sonic series and fandom on my User page for all to see, but after seeing someone who I never thought shared almost all of my views take a stance himself, I think I shall do the same. This will probably help some of you understand my position(s) in the Sonic series and what they may continue to be for years to come, so if you see something in here that you don't agree with then you probably don't wanna talk to me about anything relating to Sonic. Anyway, here goes:
I do not believe myself to be like most fans of Sonic the Hedgehog.
I do not worship the Genesis games.
I believe that the Werehog wasn't terrible, and can at times be really fun to use.
I feel like Sonic and the Black Knight is one of the funnest games in the series I've played.
I enjoy Sonic Next Gen (or 06, if you prefer) despite its faults and believe that what it manages to pull out, it does very well.
I enjoy it when Sonic does something new.
I enjoy all forms of Sonic media (which include the TV shows, comics, etc.), regardless of which branch of SEGA published it. That also means that I do not think that the Games are the one thing about Sonic that is actually good.
I believe that Sonic is versatile and can be used for almost anything. His potential is limitless.
I prefer it when there is a story to go along with a Sonic game.
I believe that following the crowd for fear of getting flamed or hated is cowardly and will not get you anywhere.
I like most members of the Sonic cast and would not want to get rid of any of them (that includes Big the Cat and Elise, as well).
I believe that innovation is a must for Sonic to stay relative, but I also understand that the series needs to win back some of its older fans first if at all possible.
I feel that the series may one day reach its limit of what it can do as a platformer and should start exploring other genres.
I feel that there are multiple facets of the Sonic mythos that need to be explored.
I do not care about the difference between "Robotnik" and "Eggman". Both names belong to the same mad scientist and fit him perfectly in their own way.
I believe that those for whom have nothing left BUT Sonic need to broaden their scope. The Sonic series will continue to change and won't always go in the direction you want it to. Getting bitter and jaded will not change anything in your favor in the long run.
I would like nothing more than to expand on what has been done so far and bring about the games’ full potential.
I believe that the series has not yet peaked.
I somewhat know, acknowledge and fully understand both sides of each argument.
I believe that, instead of dividing each other, we should all be united.
There you have it. Keep in mind that, if you don't agree with/approve of some things that I've stated, there's a good chance that nothing you say to me will make me change my mind on any of the things I've mentioned in this section. I believe that, as a fan, I should be allowed to enjoy the series how I wish, just like how you'd expect others to respect your desire to like something the way you want to, so please be respectful towards my opinions and everyone elses and I will be respectful towards yours.
