Guys, don't take that title or anything I say the wrong way. I'm just wondering what we love about Sonic, his friends, his games, and his shows.
So, I'm asking EVERYONE on the News Network this.
WHY ARE YOU A SONIC FAN? WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE SERIES?
For me, it's the games and characters. There's not one character I dislike. I do, however, dislike Sonic Spinball (Annoying, a bit aggrivating as well), and Sonic's Schoolhouse (I think we all know why). Sonic Heroes got a bit...tedious and hard after the Second Chaos Emerald (If you know what I mean).
Basically, we're talking about the ups and downs of the series, and your opinions on them. I want NO hate comments. Comments saying something like:
"Well, I don't like the Shadow the Hedgehog game because Sonic wasn't playable, the bosses got repeditive, the word DAMN was used to much, and the game was way too short." are fine. But "The Shadow game sucked" is not. Give a reason. Oh, and that's not my opinion on ShtH, I liked it. But it was sitting across the room, and so I chose it.
Make sure your comments are readable and not all over the place, with no breaks between topics, or unnamed topics. I don't want comments that say:
"Aonic gAMES r kool annd i leik evrythin aboot then"
or
"I like trying to collect the Chaos Emeralds in S3&K and it* plays on the weekends and I watch it all the time."
- "It" is probably referring to SatAM Sonic, but that wasn't stated.
See what I mean?
Also, no comments against my or other people's opinions.

I'll start:
CLASSIC ERA:
Now, I was born in 1998, the Dreamcast era, so I don't know that much about Classic. I have played some, though, and it's interesting to see the progression through the games. The first Classic game I played was Sonic 2, Mega Drive version. My favourite Classic Era game is S3&K. I just like the way that game played, and the sort-of story it had. The difficulty curve was nice too.
CLASSIC ERA CHARACTERS:
The characters in the Games had no in-game personality, but it was good seeing what the characters could do. As the years progressed, more characters came along, shaping the new cast bit-by-bit. My favourite Classic Era character is Knuckles. He always seemed so interesting, and had some cool abilities.
CLASSIC ERA SHOWS:
I haven't seen enough of any of these to form an opinion as od yet.
MODERN ERA:
My favourite part of Sonic was when he grew up. The way the games are laid out are inventive, and each game is worth a playthrough at least once (despite what others may say). The first Modern game I played was Sonic Heroes, at my friend's house. I have a PS2 copy of that now, and after 80 hours, over the 4 years I've had it (I play other games too, you know), I still haven't gotten those "damn Chaos Emeralds". My favourite Modern game (my favourite Sonic game anyway) is Sonic 2006. People hated it. SO WHAT? I LOVE IT. I play it every day. Best character cast ever, and the game was fun, a bit confusing, but still fun.
MODERN ERA CHARACTERS:
Some characters are OVER THE TOP. But they're all cool anyway. Everyone of them is so different to the next, and all of the personalities are lovable. My favourite character is Silver. He turns the "interesting but confusing" metre up to eleven. He has so many rumours behind him too. I don't know why some people hate him.
MODERN ERA SHOWS:
Sonic X is really strange at times. I wish 4Kids wouldn't censor everything. But, on the other half, it's a good look at "What would happen if Sonic was on Earth?".
COMICS:
I don't read them, but I think Archie Comics are probably good, based on what I've heard.
FAVORITE SONIC VOICE ACTOR:
Dan Green (4Kids, Knuckles, Mephiles, Storm ect.)
