While deciding them wasn't easy, these are probably my favorites in order. 1)Lost World, 2)Stardust Speedway, 3)Chemical Plant Zone, 4)Kingdom Valley, 5)Cannon's Core, 6)Metal Harbor, 7)White Jungle, 8)Dry Lagoon, 9)Emerald Coast, 10)Ocean Palace, 11)Sand Ocean, 12)Grind Race, 13)Aquatic Base, 14)Pyramid Cave, 15)Sky Sanctuary, 16)Cryptic Castle, 17)Mystic Mansion, 18)Sandopolis Zone, 19)Final Rush, 20)Final Chase, 21)Death Chamber, 22)Crazy Gadget, 23)Pumpkin Hill, 24)Mad Matrix, 25)Hidden Base.
The reason why I placed Grind Race as 12 is because of how mysterious the stage is. I always considered it as being from an unused Shadow Stage. Those are just my top 25 though & there have been tons of enjoyable levels in the Sonic Series. Do you guys have any favorites? I can also give reasons for why I like some of these stages/zones so much if you want. The Turtles from Dry Lagoon were enjoyable as well.
