Hi, welcome to Sonic News Network! Thanks for your edit to the User:Shadow ruler page. Before editing, you might like to check out our Community Portal, and please read our rules. In particular, we have strict guidelines over the inclusion of fan material (characters, stories, etc.). If you want to edit fan material, then we suggest you have a look at the Sonic Fanon Wiki instead, which is a more appropriate location. Other than that, we hope that you will feel welcome here, and enjoy your stay! If you have any questions, leave a message on my talk page, and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can! -- Supermorff (Talk) 13:57, December 5, 2010
- I'm not entirely sure what you mean. To answer your first question, I direct you to Help:Videos, which should the various ways of putting videos onto the site. -- Supermorff 17:59, December 5, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't have any advice to give you about how to think up a character, but to create a page for a fan character you have to create a page as normal, but make sure that its name is preceded by "User:Shadow ruler/". So, to make a "Claws the Cat" page, you'd make it at User:Shadow ruler/Claws the Cat.
- To make any sort of new page, you can either click on a red link to the name of the page (as above), or you can use the 'Add Page' button at the top of the Main Page, or on most content articles you will see a 'Create a Page' button on the right of the screen just below the search bar. Hope that helps! -- Supermorff 07:26, December 6, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't have any advice for you for making pictures. I don't make them myself. I suggest you find another artist who has a fan picture you like and ask them how they did it. -- Supermorff 19:43, December 7, 2010 (UTC)
Here's a tip; if a user doesn't respond to your query, wait a while, okay? Some of us aren't on 24/7, asking us again doesn't really help. Thanks for your understanding in advance. 22:57, December 6, 2010 (UTC)
This is the character designer I used to design Shelly the Hedgehog. Also, here is the male version. And when you created the character, you need to hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, and open the Paint program pre-installed on your computer. Then, click on the "Edit" tab, and then click "paste." Important: Make sure to save it as a .jpg, .png, or .gif. WIKIA DOES NOT ACCEPT .bmp files.
