Here are the instructions for how to use the talk bubble whenever you want: 1.) Right after you press the edit button, don't type anything. 2.) Go to the templates section/toolbar on the right of the edit screen. 3.) Select "Add New Template" 4.) Type in the word "SpeedyX" and click "Add". 5.) Enter your message into the text section and leave five tildes (like this: ~~~~~) in the time section. If you want to start a new line of text (like I am for each step) then you have to hit enter twice so there's a space between the old and new text. 6.) If you want to see what the results look like, click "Preview". Note that the bubble won't be very wide but it'll become wider once you click "OK". 7.) Click "OK" and then "Publish". I'm going to take one shot at trying to explain this carefully. Yes, Sonic Rush came out after Sega Superstars, but that doesn't mean that the Special Stages aren't similar. Time has nothing to do with whether or not something is similar. Perhaps the Sega Superstars gameplay inspired the Sonic Rush stages. Does that make things clearer? That's happened to many users before. I don't know the exact cause of it, but my best assumption would be that it's just the chat glitching, and not allowing you to be on the chat. I think I remember hearing about some other cause of that, one being the you haven't edited in a certain amount of time. Try editing an article, and see if it works after that. From what I've heard, that's a common issue that's starting to happen too often. I'm afraid there's nothing I can do to fix it. It's not supposed to stop others from accessing the chat unless they have less than 100 edits. If the program becomes too much of an issue (considering underedits can sometimes still get in the chat), then I will propose that it be removed. We have chat mods for a reason, anyways.
