Vivian is a character that is occasionally mentioned in the Sonic X anime by Jerome Wise. Based on her name, she is presumably a human female.
Description
It would appear as though Jerome Wise has some sort of romantic relationship with her, as he was shown dreaming of her while sleeping and making kissing gestures.[1] After losing his job as the President's assistant. Jerome seems to be searching for Vivian for unknown reasons.[2]
