Added by TheAwesomefroggyWallace E. "Wally" Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American actor and voice actor. He is originally from Des Moines, Iowa but he currently works and resides in Los Angeles, California. He is the current announcer for the second incarnation of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
In the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, he voices Cubot, as well as E-10000G and E-10000B. Wally Wingert has also been the voice actor of Rusty Pete in the Ratchet and Clank Future series and the Riddler in the Batman Arkham Asylum series. He also voices Renji Abarai in Bleach and many incidental characters in Family Guy.
