Win A Million is an event that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. It was a game show produced and hosted by Chris Tyrant in New Tek City.
Description[]
The show is filmed in front of a live audience in New Tek City. The crowd are separated from the oche by just a few feet and a barrier sporting Chris Tyrant's name. On the show, contestants are required to throw oversized darts at a large dartboard. Scoring a bullseye at the end earns the contestant a million worth in money. That million, however, appears to come out of the employees' paychecks.[1]
History[]
During a broadcast of Win A Million, a female contestant only had to the bullseye on the dartboard to win the grand prize. She was successful when Espio the Chameleon suddenly flew into the studio and hit the target instead. Despite this twist, there was no game rule against this, so the win stood.[1]
Trivia[]
- Win A Million is a parody of Chris Tarrant's old game show, Lose A Million and the British game show Bullseye.
