Witchcart (ウィチカート Wichikāto?) is the main villain and final boss of Tails' Skypatrol. She's fought at the end of DarkCastle Area, the game's last level. She is an old human witch who rides around in a specialized rail cart on an island she claims as her own.
Description
According to the instruction manual, the crone claims she is able to turn any dissenters into crystal - although whether she actually has magic powers, as opposed to simply being a crazy old lady who rides a mine cart, is never clearly demonstrated. In the game, the goal of Tails is to free the island and its inhabitants from her tyranny.
Witchcart's island is patrolled by an army of robots; possibly of her own construction. In addition to these mechanized legions, Witchcart commands three animal lackeys: Focke-Wulf, Bearenger, and Carrotia.
After being defeated by Tails in DarkCastle Area, Witchcart is shown being hauled up out of her vehicle by the fox and flown away. She has not been seen since.
