X-Zone is the penultimate zone in Sonic Advance. It comes after the player finishes Cosmic Angel Zone.

DescriptionEdit

If the player finishes the X-Zone as Sonic the Hedgehog, with all seven Chaos Emeralds collected and the other three character's completed, then the player is granted access to the extra zone, the Moon Zone. The three bosses in this zone are the Eggmobile Hammer Ball from the first game, the Eggmobile Drill Machine from Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and the new Egg X.

Sonic Pinball PartyEdit

The X-Zone appears as a pinball arena in Sonic Pinball Party. As with Sonic Advance, this is the last stage when the player plays the Sonic pinball tables.

TriviaEdit

• The first two bosses in this zone are based off of the first bosses of the first and second games. The battles also use the respective boss music from these games.
• In the Android version of this game, during the first boss, the final boss music for Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I plays, while for the second boss, the rush music from Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I plays.
